What makes me different? Well, I’ve been where you are. Newly sober, wondering what life will look like in 5 or 10 years and having no idea whatsoever what that might look like, but I didn’t want to “just get by.” So I dug deep. I went back to college, did years of therapy, read dozens of books, started journaling and meditating. Now, with a Master’s degree in counseling and over 40 years of personal recovery under my belt, I’ve walked this path myself. For four decades, I’ve been transforming my life, and now I’m here to share everything I’ve learned with you as a certified life coach.
